State Archives of Brest Region Prepared a Virtual Document Exhibition Dedicated to the Year of Quality

The State Archives of Brest Region and zonal state archives in Baranovichi, Kobrin and Pinsk prepared a virtual document exhibition dedicated to the Year of Quality.

The exhibition is posted on the website of the Main Justice Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.

The exhibition presents digital copies of documents from the archival funds of enterprises in the region:

Brest: meat-packing plant, hosiery factory, outerwear factory, carpet and cloth manufacturing association, canning and winemaking industry manufacturing association, household chemicals plant;

Baranovichi: knitwear and garment factories, aggregate plant, machine tool accessories plant, cotton mill;

Kobrinsky: spinning and weaving factory, tool production association, garment factory;

Pinsky: artificial leather plant, upper knitwear plant, experimental mechanical plant.

In particular, documents on assignment of the State Quality Mark of manufactured products (decisions of the State Attestation Commission, certificates of registration of products awarded the State Quality Mark, product samples, etc.) are presented; on the state of work in the field of quality of manufactured products; reports and performance indicators, etc. for the 1960-1980s.
