Participation of NHA Belarus in the exhibition of documents

On July 8, 2024, in the hotel complex «Dipservice Hall» (Voyskova lane, 4), the National Historical Archive of Belarus, together with the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus, held an exhibition of documents prepared in connection with the official visit to the Republic of Belarus of the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. The exhibition was inspected by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Evgeniy Kovalenko and the Deputy Minister of Justice of the People’s Republic of China Hu Wei Li. NIA Belarus presented documents on the history of the formation of the Chinese diaspora on the territory of the Belarusian provinces at the beginning of the 20th century, as well as on the history of the judicial system on the Belarusian lands in the 16th – 19th centuries.

The event was attended by Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Belarus Natalia Buloichik and the head of the department of research and publication activities Sergei Ryndin, who told the guests of honor about the documents of the NHA of Belarus.
