The State Archive of the Gomel Region held a seminar on office management

06/06/2024, the head of the department of record keeping, formation of the National Archival Fund and archives of organizations of the institution «State Archives of the Gomel Region», Tatyana Khinevich, held a seminar for employees of the Main Department of Justice of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee on the topic: «On the new edition of the Instructions for record keeping in government bodies and other organizations , approved by resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated January 10, 2024 No. 2» (the resolution comes into force on July 1, 2024).

Tatyana Vasilyevna paid special attention to the issues of file formats for documents in electronic form (form of internal and external representation), analogues of a handwritten signature for internal documents in electronic form, the formation and storage of electronic files, receiving and sending documents in electronic form, etc.
