On the holding of seminars by a specialist from the institution «Zonal State Archives in Orsha» with organizations that are sources of archive acquisition, within the framework of the International Week of Archives

As part of the International Week of Archives June 5-6, 2024, the leading archivist of the State Archive in Orsha Kozhanova Svetlana held seminars with specialists from the structural divisions of the department of agriculture and food of the Sennen district executive committee, state enterprise«Orsha Regional Center for Support of Entrepreneurship and Real Estate», with persons responsible for the archive and record keeping of rural Councils of Deputies and executive committees of the Sennen district, sources – compiling the archive, on the topic «On the new edition of the Instructions for record keeping in state bodies, other organizations, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated January 10, 2024 No. 2. Drawing up a nomenclature of the organization’s affairs, registration of cases in accordance with the nomenclature of affairs».

During the seminars, the archive specialist carried out explanatory work on the new edition of the instructions for office work, registration of cases in accordance with the nomenclature of cases, and announced the requirements for drawing up the nomenclature of cases.
