Action «Archives for School» in the institution «Zonal State Archive in Baranovichi»

On April 25, 2024, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, students from the Baranovichi State College of Mechanical Engineers visited the zonal state archive in Baranovichi.

On the occasion of the Day of the Chernobyl Tragedy, a thematic lesson was held for students, during which they were told about the Chernobyl disaster, and they read out memories of the participants in those events from articles in the regional newspapers «Ivatsevichisky Vestnik» and «Lyakhovichi Vestnik».

At the end, students were given a sightseeing tour of the archives.
