Fire safety in the Central Laboratory: status check

In accordance with the instructions of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, in the state institution «Central Laboratory for Ensuring the Safety of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus» from April 11 to April 15, 2024, a set of measures was carried out to check the state of fire safety.

During the events, buildings and premises were inspected for fire safety, the condition of fire extinguishing equipment, fire-fighting equipment and inventory was checked, and unscheduled fire safety briefings were organized.

In conclusion, on April 15, training was held on emergency evacuation of workers in the event of an emergency, an on-site voluntary fire brigade designed to eliminate emerging fires.

Also, explanatory work was carried out with laboratory workers on compliance with fire safety rules in domestic conditions and in nature.
