On holding lectures and excursions for students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.16 named after. A. Sukhombayev, Grodno» as part of the Republican action «Archives for School»

On April 5, 2024, as part of the Republican action «Archives for School», the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno was visited by 10th grade students from secondary school No.16 named after A.Sukhombaeva, Grodno.

For the purpose of education and patriotic education, students were given a lecture on the main activities of the archive and a sightseeing tour of the archive. The children visited the exhibition hall, a laboratory for special processing of archival documents, where they observed the process of restoration of originals, and in the archives they learned about the regime and conditions for storing documents.
