Employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region honored the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack

In Vitebsk, on the Avenue of Stars near the Summer Amphitheater, near the memorial sign «Through Art – to Peace and Mutual Understanding,» a spontaneous memorial arose as a sign of mourning for the tragedy in the Crocus City Hall concert hall. Lamps burn here, and city residents bring flowers here.
