BSAMLA at the opening of the exhibition «How beautiful the bride is, and the groom to match her»

On February 28, 2024, employees of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art attended the opening of the exhibition «How beautiful the bride is, and the groom to match her» in the branch of the Museum of the History of the City of Minsk on Rakovskaya Street, 17.

The exhibition presented objects, documents, photographs related to weddings, both from the collection of the City Museum, the Brest Regional Museum of Local Lore, the Belarusian State Museum of Architecture and Life, as well as from private collections. The grand opening of the exhibition was made more spectacular by the fashion show of models from the National Beauty School in modern wedding dresses made using modern artistic techniques.
