BSAMLA gave a lecture for employees of structural divisions of the educational institution «Belarusian State Academy of Music»

On February 28, 2024, director of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art E.A. Makarenko and leading archivist of the department of archives of organizations and formation of the NAF O.E. Lyubetskaya conducted a training session with employees of the structural divisions of the educational institution «Belarusian State Academy of Music», responsible for record keeping and archives.

Particular attention was paid to strict compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of archiving and record keeping, including in the formation and management of affairs of primary trade union organizations of workers and students, establishing periods for storing documents, the procedure for compiling file nomenclatures, observing deadlines for scientific and technical processing of documents, and as well as the conditions for the destruction of documents that are not subject to storage.
