Grand opening of the «Best Workers of the Year» Board in the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus

On February 1, 2024, the grand opening of the «Best Employees of the Year» Board took place at the State Institution «National Archive of the Republic of Belarus».

Opening the «Best Workers of the Year» Board, Archive Director A.K. Demyanuk noted that inclusion on the «Best Workers of the Year» Board is one of the significant forms of public recognition and material encouragement of archive workers for exemplary performance of official duties, initiative in work, significant contribution to implementation of state policy in the field of archival affairs and record keeping, successful implementation of the tasks facing the archive, active participation in public life and thanked the nominees for their fruitful work in 2023. The selection of applicants for inclusion on the Board took place in accordance with the Regulations adopted at the meeting of the archive directorate dated September 29, 2024 No. 4, and in a competitive environment. We even had to resort to secret voting.

Based on the results of their work, the following were recognized as the best employees of 2023:

1. Ageenko Tatyana Nikolaevna, researcher at the publications department;

2. Dmitry Vasilievich Gritsovets, head of the information computer technology sector of the department of automated archival technologies;

3. Olga Ivanovna Klepik, leading archivist of the sector for organizing work to improve the physical condition of documents, department for ensuring the safety of documents and funds;

4. Svetlana Vladimirovna Metneva, head of the technical documentation sector of the scientific and technical document processing department;

5. Monzul Vladimir Yurievich, deputy head of the information retrieval systems department;

6. Rolenok Valentina Maksimovna, leading archivist of the sector for work with government organizations of the department of records management and formation of the National Archival Fund.

On behalf of those listed on the «Best Workers of the Year» Board, T. N. Ageenko, a researcher at the publications department, spoke and thanked the entire archive team for their high trust. This title – Best Employees of the Year – obliges us to work even better.
