On the exhibition of legal publications of the scientific reference library of the State Institution «NIAB in Grodno» at an event dedicated to Lawyer’s Day

On December 8, 2023, the State Institution «NIAB in Grodno» organized a visiting exhibition of legal publications of the scientific and reference library dedicated to Lawyer’s Day in the building of the Grodno Regional Philharmonic.

At the exhibition, guests of the event got acquainted with the book editions presented by the archive for the years 1733-1924. Printed publications were presented by the director of the archive T.Yu.Afanasyeva, the head of the department of document accounting, information retrieval systems and automated archival technologies, A.S.Bombel and the leading archivist of this department, E.V.Melnik.

Among the books on display are selected editions of «The Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian Empire», «Code of Laws of the Russian Empire», «Edicts of Emperor Paul 1 the Russian Autocrat», «Legal Calendar», etc.
