BGAMLI at the thematic seminar «Topical issues of record keeping in cultural organizations»

On November 29, 2023, the leading archivist of the department of archives of organizations and the formation of the National Archive Fund of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art, Olga Eldarovna Lyubetskaya, gave a lecture «Practical aspects of organizing archival activities» at the training courses «Topical issues of record keeping in cultural organizations (for managers workers and specialists of documentation support management services)», organized on the basis of the educational institution «Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts».

During the meeting, innovations in legislative acts regulating archival issues in the Republic of Belarus and the organization of archive work were discussed; requirements for the preparation, coordination and approval of the list of affairs of the organization; registration of files, their preparation for transfer to the archive of the organization; examination of the value of documents in the records management and archives of the organization; the procedure for storing, recording, ensuring the safety and use of archive documents.
