During the themed lounge «ARCHIVING: the history of Glubochina in the faces», employees were awarded for the 60th anniversary of the State Archive

In November 1963, by resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR, branches of state archives of the regions were created, including zonal state archives in Glubokoe, Polotsk and Orsha.

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary, Glubokoye archivists established the Book of Honor of their institution, in which, at the suggestion of the team, honored archivists awarded with the badge of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus are included. These are former archive directors Lydia Molchun and Nelya Borovik.

During the themed living room «ARCHIVATIVE: the history of Glubochina in the faces», the Director of the State Archive Vasily Morozov presented the Certificate of inclusion in the Book of Honor to Lydia Arkadyevna and Nelya Aleksandrovna.

Nelya Borovik was also awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies. During the event, the well-deserved award was presented on behalf of the chairman of the regional Council of Deputies, Vladimir Terentyev, by the chairman of the Glubokoe district executive committee, Alexander Shubsky.

In the anniversary year for the archive, other employees of the institution did not go unnoticed. Irina Batygina, head of the department of records management and formation of the National Archive Fund of the State Archive in Glubokoe, was awarded a certificate of honor from the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. Certificate of Honor from the Glubokoe District Executive Committee – Head of the Department for the Use and Publication of Documents Tatyana Avlasova, Certificate of Honor from the District Council of Deputies – Archivist of the Department for Use and Publication of Documents Marina Molotovnik, Gratitude from the District Council of Deputies – Archivist of the Department for Use and Publication of Documents Snezhana Lyakhova.
