About participation in the conference “Vitebsk Region”

On November 23, 2023, the IX scientific and practical conference “Vitebsk Region” was held in Vitebsk, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the formation of the Vitebsk region. The conference covered a wide range of issues related to local history, history of the Vitebsk region, library, archival and museum affairs. In total, more than 70 reports were presented at 4 sections of the conference.

The head of the department of state accounting and scientific reference apparatus M.D. Romanova participated in the plenary session with a report on the topic “Audiovisual documents about the Vitebsk region in the funds of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Audio Documents.”
