Classes continued at the State Archive in Glubokoe as part of the pilot project «Young Archivist»

On November 17, 2023, at the State Archive in the city of Glubokoe, classes continued with members of the association of interests «Young Archivist» of the state educational institution «Shunevskaya Basic School of the Glubokoye District» as part of the pilot project «Young Archivist».

The leading archivist of the State Archive, Alina Cheslavovna Yurgel, told the children about how scientific and technical processing of documents is carried out, what principles are used to evaluate the value, and the rules for filing and designing the covers of files.

The students participated in the practical lesson with great interest. They were asked to organize the documents in the files themselves, file, number and design the covers of the files.
