The institution «State Archives of the Gomel Region» took part in the All-Russian scientific conference «Soviet temporality: anthropological and sociocultural dimensions»

A collection of materials from the All-Russian scientific conference with international participation «Soviet temporality: anthropological and sociocultural dimensions», organized with the participation of the Center for the Study of Socialist and Post-Socialist Societies of the Institute of History and International Relations of Southern Federal University, has been published in order to raise interest in the study of the Soviet past in the scientific community.

The conference was held on July 3-4, 2023 at the Institute of History and International Relations of the Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don), and was attended by 70 speakers from 25 regions of Russia and foreign countries, including V.E.Rudenko, employee of the State Archives of the Gomel Region with a report «Historiographialongaest, vitabrevisest» dedicated to Anatoly Dmitrievich Karasev, historian-archivist, director of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region».
