On October 26 – 27, 2023, employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region took part in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation “Protection and Popularization of Cultural Heritage”

The organizers of the conference were Vitebsk State University named after P. M. Masherov, the Department of Culture of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Termez State University. Topics of reports: “Activities of search teams of the Vitebsk region to perpetuate the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland (according to documents from the foundation of the personal origin of Larisa Naumovna Brueva” (Bondareva E.M.); “Pra tsmoka and “Tsmoka” or how to create brands” (Myasoedova S.N.); “Digitization of “particularly valuable” archival documents in the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region: requirements, planning and implementation experience” (Buevich T.V.).
