Working trip of O.L.Voinov to the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno

On October 19, 2023, the director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov took a working trip to the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno.

The working trip was attended by the head of the main department of justice of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee A.A.Bachilo, and the deputy head of the department of records management, formation and preservation of the National Archive Fund of the Department of Archives and Records Management A.V.Kochetkova.

During the working trip, a meeting was held between the Director of the Department and the staff of the ZCA in Molodechno.

O.L. Voinov got acquainted with the work of the archive and heard information about the main directions of its activities.

Particular attention was paid to the using, issues of ensuring the safety of documents, as well as the functions of the fire safety system in the archival institution. Issues in this area were discussed in early October 2023 during a professional meeting with archivists of the Russian Federation.

The Director of the Department was presented with exhibitions based on materials from archival funds.

In the format of a dialogue platform, O.L. Voinov spoke to the labor collective of the ZGA in the city of Molodechno with information on the topic «The Concept of National Security of the Republic of Belarus».
