On the eve of the celebration of Archivist Day, employees – members of the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art visited the excursion «Thousand-Year Vitebsk»

On September 23, 2023, on the eve of the celebration of Archivist Day, employees – members of the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art visited the excursion «Thousand Years of Vitebsk» along the route Minsk – Vitebsk – Zdravnevo – Minsk.

The BGAMLI team got acquainted with the most significant civil and religious buildings of the city, visited the museum-estate of the artist Ilya Repin in Zdravnevo, walked through the historical part of Vitebsk, and enjoyed the beautiful autumn landscapes. The excursion ended with a visit to the house-museum of Marc Chagall, where the artist spent his youth.
