Employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region took part in the presentation of volume 8 of the annual collection of materials from the VIII scientific and practical conference “Vitebsk Region”

September 14, “Library Day” at the Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.I. Lenin, a presentation of volume 8 of the annual collection of materials from the VIII scientific and practical conference “Vitebsk Region” took place. The conference takes place annually. The organizers of the conference are the Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.I. Lenin, the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local Lore.

The book was presented by Larisa Ivanovna Rogacheva, head of the department of local history literature and bibliography of the Vitebsk Regional Library. V.I.Lenin.

Employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region are regular participants in the conference. They were also present at the presentation. Chief custodian of funds Karpekin K.G. made an assessment of the significance of the publication for the history of Belarus and the Vitebsk region.
