On the provision of premises to the party archive of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus (Bolsheviks)

After the liberation of the city of Mogilev by the Red Army on June 28, 1944, one of the tasks for local authorities was to restore peaceful life, re-evacuate institutions, enterprises and citizens.

Among the first institutions to return from evacuation was the party archive of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus. Already on July 17, 1944, the executive committee of the Mogilev Regional Council of Workers’ Deputies and the bureau of the regional committee of the Communist Party of Belarus adopted a joint resolution “On the provision of premises to the party archive of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Belarus”.
