August 2 is celebrated in Belarus as the Day of Paratroopers and Special Operations Forces

On this memorable day, employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took part in the rally and laid flowers at the monument to the Paratroopers of All Generations, which is located in Pobediteley Park.
