About the events within the framework of the action «Archives for School» in the State Archives of the Brest Region

On June 13 and 14, 2023, two groups of schoolchildren of the summer camp of secondary school No. 18 and a group of students of grades 6-7 of the summer camp of secondary school No.16 visited the State Archives of the Brest Region. The children were told about the history of the archive, about the directions of activity, the composition and content of archival documents.

The children took part in the quiz «How well do you know the history of Brest?» with pleasure, and then visited the archives and the laboratory for the repair and restoration of documents.
