On the working visit of the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L. Voinov to the institution «Zonal State Archive in Borisov»

On June 15, 2023, the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L. Voinov together with the First Deputy Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee S.V. Boroznaya to the Zonal State Archives in Borisov.

Director of the archive V.N. Potapchenko reported on the results of work in 2022 and for the first half of 2023, the heads of departments answered the questions posed.

O.L. Voinov got acquainted with the conditions for storing documents, the material and technical base of the archive, and work processes.

At the final meeting with the labor collective, an assessment of the work of archivists was given, tasks were defined both for the near future and for the future. Attention is drawn to the need for computational forecasting in areas of activity.
