Lecture by S.V.Kulinka for workers, coaches and athletes in Raubichi

June 1, Head of the Department of Publications of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, Ph.D. S.V.Kulinok delivered a lecture «On the genocide of the population of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War» to workers, coaches and athletes in the Raubichi sports complex.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the national teams of Belarus in freestyle, cross-country skiing, and biathlon. In particular, the lecture was attended by the owner of 17 awards at the biathlon world championships E.N.Zubrilovа.

In his speech, the speaker revealed the concept of «genocide», spoke about the main legal documents of Nazi Germany regarding the policy of extermination of the civilian population, and also dwelled in detail on the main forms and methods of implementing the practice of genocide in the occupied territory of Belarus. Separate parts of the lecture were devoted to the Khatyn tragedy and Aktion 1005, the Nazi operation to cover up the traces of their crimes.
