On participation in the preparation of a video for the youth creative contest «Remember. Honor. Prevent»

Within the framework of the Republican campaign «Archives for School», the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno assisted students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.9 in Molodechno» in preparing information for a video clip for participation in the youth creative competition «Remember. Honor. Prevent».

The video examines information about the military burial of the First and Second World Wars in the city of Molodechno, which are mentioned in the book «One century from the life of the city», published according to the documents of the zonal state archive. The activists of public organizations and the chairman of the pioneer squad Margarita Sokolovskaya also interviewed a witness, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War – Gabrinovich Nikolai Ivanovich, where he indicated the place of the former burial place and shared information.

At the end of the video, activists of the NGO «BRPO» laid flowers at the mass grave and honored the memory of the heroes with a minute of silence in order to remember those people who at the cost of their lives got us a peaceful sky, to preserve the memory of those terrible events and pass on from generation to generation.
