Meeting of the labor team in the institution «Zonal state archive in Zhlobin»
On May 22, 2023, a meeting of the labor team was held at the «Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin» institution.
The meeting was held by Oksana Nikolaevna Pavlyukova, who from May 15 to 19, 2023, took advanced training courses at the Belarusian State University under the curriculum «Modern Approaches in the Organization of Archival Affairs in the Republic of Belarus».
Oksana Nikolaevna told her colleagues in detail about the topics of the curriculum, about changes in the legislation in the field of archival work and record-keeping, about current issues in the field of collection, accounting, ensuring safety, use of documents, about the use of Internet technologies to expand users’ access to archival documents, about organization of archival storage of electronic documents, about the practical significance of these courses.
