On the eve of State Flag Day, State Emblem and National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus, which is celebrated on the second Sunday of May, the presentation “On State Symbols of the Republic of Belarus”. The moderator of the thematic event was Elena Bondareva, Head of the Department of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region.
