About the lectures on the topic «It was recently, it was a long time ago» by the employees of the «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» within the framework of the «Archives for School» campaign

On May 11, 2023, within the framework of the Republican action «Archives to School» and events dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation, with students of the 8th grade of the state educational institution «Secondary School No. 7 of Orsha», the archive workers held an information hour on the topic: «It was recently, it was a long time ago …», dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the creation of the youth search club «Rusichi» in Orsha.

During this event, the children were presented with documents transferred to the archive by the head of the club Sharay Grigory Stepanovich: photographs, articles, photo booklets about the activities of the club, orders, decisions of higher organizations on awarding, conferring titles, documents on the search for family members of soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War , burial places, clarification of historical facts, etc.
