As part of the ongoing work with young people working in the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation», increasing the educational rating of employees, the archive directorate supported the aspiration of young specialists for educational self-realization.

On April 3, 2023, archivist A.S.Karaseva completed training at the Center for Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel «Razvitie». The training seminars were dedicated to the topic, which is relevant for archivists working with enterprise documents, «What documents should be in enterprises on ecology?»

On April 6, 2023, the archive worker E.V.Shkut took part in the online training seminar «Typical mistakes in the summarized accounting of working hours».
The seminar was organized by the Center for Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel «Razvitie».

The management of the archive, represented by Deputy Director Yu.A.Naturyev, intends to continue to support the reasonable initiatives of the collective in the future.
