Meeting-requiem in the memorial complex “Khatyn”

In the history of every nation there are places of memory and sorrow. For the Belarusians, one of these was Khatyn.

On March 22, 2023, a meeting-requiem was held at the Khatyn Memorial Complex with the participation of the Head of State. The commemorative event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the tragedy.

As part of the delegation of the Dzerzhinsky district, employees of the institution “Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents” took part in the opening of the renovated memorial complex, Deputy Director Grinevich E.M., Head of the Department of State Accounting and Scientific Reference Apparatus Mazgo A.I., Deputy Head of the Department of Technical Control Arinovich T .V., leading archivist of the department for the formation of the National Archival Fund Dolzhenkova T.P., leading specialist in personnel of the department of organizational and personnel work Kolyago I.I.

Living on our own land, protecting it and our ideals, raising children and preserving historical memory is the testament of our ancestors to us, the modern generation. The bells of Khatyn call us to remember and not to let the history of the Belarusian people be forgotten.
