On March 15, 2023, the director of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» (hereinafter referred to as GAGom) Sushchevich A.N. took part in the dialogue platform «We are citizens of the Republic of Belarus», which was held on the basis of the JSC «Gomel Meat Processing Plant», dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.
The speakers of the dialogue platform were: Director of the State Agom Sushchevich A.N., Chairman of the Novobelitskaya Regional Public Organization of the Regional Public Organization «Belaya Rus» Tkach L.A., Deputy Director for Ideological Work of the Gomel Meat Processing Plant OJSC Samofalova N.N.
The purpose of the event is to instill a sense of pride in their country, respect for the Constitution of the state.
On March 15, the day of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, Andrey Nikolayevich congratulated the labor collective of JSC «Gomel Meat Processing Plant» on a significant date in the life of every person – Constitution Day. «The Constitution is the fundamental document of the country, which reflects all our rights and obligations. Thanks to the Basic Law of the country, every person can feel protected, knowing that his rights and freedom will not be infringed», said the director of the archive.
During the event, issues of changes in the electoral legislation, an important innovation in the Belarusian electoral system – a single voting day, etc. were discussed.
Participants of the dialogue platform got a unique opportunity to express their point of view and ask questions. The dialogue turned out to be constructive and informative.
