About the participation of S.V. Kulinka at the International Round Table in Bryansk

March 16, 2023 Head of the Department of Publications of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (NARB), Ph.D. S.V. Kulinok took part online in the International round table «The contribution of the Bryansk partisans to the liberation of the region: sabotage on communications and the fight against punishers», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the explosion of the Blue Bridge and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Bryansk.

Representatives of the Department of Culture of the Bryansk Region and the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public and State Organization «Russian Military Historical Society» addressed the conference participants with welcoming words.

S.V. Kulinok delivered a report «On the preparation of a collection of documents «Punitive operations on the Belarusian-Russian border. 1942-1944.», in which he spoke about the systematic work of the NARB on the publication of documentary collections on the punitive operations of the Nazis in Belarus («Winter Magic», «Cottbus», «Kormoran»). The speaker spoke about the preparation of a joint project of Belarusian and Russian archivists dedicated to the punitive operations of the Nazis on the Belarusian-Russian border. The publication will tell about the ten largest punitive operations carried out by the occupiers in the region. Among them are the punitive operations «Ankara 1 and Ankara 2», which were directed against the partisans of the Mogilev and Bryansk regions.
