On March 15, 2023, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign and the Year of Peace and Creation, a lecture was held at the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno for 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 28 in Grodno» on the history of the creation of the archive, composition of documents, their mode of storage, as well as a tour of the exhibition hall, where poster exhibitions were presented to the attention of the children.

As a result of visiting the archives, the tourists learned how files are stored and what conditions are necessary for this. Schoolchildren visited the book depository of the scientific reference library, where they got acquainted with books and periodicals of the 17th-20th centuries.

The guests of the archive were also acquainted with the specifics of the work of the laboratory for special processing of archival documents.
