On March 2, 2023, the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management O.L. Voinov paid a working visit to the State Archives of the Minsk Region.

O.L. Voinov visited the building of the State Archives of the Minsk Region at the address st. Kozlova, 25B, where he got acquainted with the progress of the overhaul. At the working meeting, the head of the main department of justice of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee A.A. Bachilo and the director of the archive Yu.S. Romashko informed about the completion of the repair, as well as plans for the further placement of the archive.

During the visit, O.L. Voinov heard a report from the director of the archive Yu.S. Romashko on the work of the institution in 2022, got acquainted with the work of the state archive in digitizing and restoring archival documents, with the working conditions of archivists, and the conditions for storing documents.

At a meeting with the workforce, O.L.Voinov positively assessed the work of archivists, and also noted the positive atmosphere in the workforce.

As a result of the visit, the archivists were given specific tasks for the current period, which will be reflected in the protocol of instructions.
