Institution «Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin» continues the action «Archives to school»

In continuation of the action «Archives for School» on 10/24/2022, students of the state educational institution «Secondary School No. 7 of Zhlobin» were invited to the archive – participants in the circle «Young local historian», head Anna Pribolovets.

Archivist of the first qualification category Irina Nikolaevna Eliseeva, leading archivist Svetlana Vasilievna Chikileva organized a tour of the archive, introduced the children to the history of the archive, the specifics of work at the present stage.

Eliseeva Irina Nikolaevna presented archival copies of letters from citizens looking for relatives, conducted a joint reading and analysis of documents, helped children write letters of appeal to relatives who lived during the Great Patriotic War.

The purpose of the event: education of spiritual and moral qualities, interest in the heroic past of their country.

Tasks: to develop feelings of patriotism, compassion, empathy.
