There are more than 2 million 300 thousand files in the state archives of the Vitebsk region, which are an important part of the historical heritage of Belarus. But no less valuable archives are people who are dedicated and true to their profession

Their conscientious work, dedication and commitment ensure the constant development of the main areas of archival activity.

The current generation of archivists has undoubtedly written their page in the history of archiving. It is impossible not to pay tribute to the veterans of the archival service.

Veteran archivists of the Vitebsk region attended the celebration in honor of the 100th anniversary of the archival service of Belarus.

But not everyone was able to come to the party. Employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk region visited them today.
