From 10.10.2022 to 10.22.2022 2nd year full-time students of the Faculty of History of the Educational Institution «Belarusian State University named after Maxim Tank» are undergoing museum and archival practice at the National Archives

Each group of trainees is given a tour of the archive and familiarization with the anniversary banner exhibition «Archival Service of Belarus: 100 years together with the country (1922-2022)». During the practice, students get acquainted with the main activities of the archive, the work of the reading room, archives, all structural divisions, perform individual practical tasks. Interns also have the opportunity to get advice from archive specialists on writing term papers, articles and performing other educational tasks.

It should be noted that the museum and archival practice takes place on the basis of the archive every year. To solve educational practical problems, students of the historical faculties of BSU and BGPU are sent to the National Archives. Maxim Tank. Interaction with universities in this direction is bearing fruit, because many graduates of historical departments are future archive workers.
