The Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation took part in the 16th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Religion and Society» held in Mogilev
On 22 April 2022, employees of the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation took part in the 16th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Religion and Society». The conference was held in the city of Mogilev.
The conference was organized with the participation and assistance of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Kuleshov Mogilev State University, and the Mogilev Center for Religious Studies.
The full-time and distant format of the conference attracted scholars, practitioners, and specialists not only from Belarus but also from other countries (Lithuania, Poland, and Russia).
Two scholarly reports were presented at the conference by the employees of the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation: «The Roman Catholic Theological Academy in Vilna (1833-1842)» by L. I. Moseichuk, Head of the Information and Documentation Use Department, and a joint report by the Director of the Archives A. M. Zapartyko and L. I. Moseichuk “Restoration of the Holy Spirit Church in Minsk: a review of design documents from the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation”.
