A new edition of the Instruction on Records Management in Government Institutions and Other Organizations has been released.

The Instruction defines rules for recorkeeping in various institutions in the Republic of Belarus, the procedure of records preparation, execution, receipt, inventory, tracking, storage and processing by both traditional and automatic methods. This includes registration forms (inventory cards, file classification plans, file lists etc.) and other documents required in recordkeeping.

The Instruction is entered in the National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus 29 January 2009 under No. 820434.

The present edition includes changes and amendments made by resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated 24.10.2011 № 235, 27.01.2012 № 18, 15.01.2013 № 9, 10.12.2014 № 240, 30.12.2015 № 225, and 18.08.2017 № 167.
