BelNIIDAD released new procedural guidelines
The Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Studies (BelNIIDAD) released new procedural guidelines:
 Methodical Recommendations to Improve Record Management in Government Institutions and Other Organisations / Authors: А.Е. Rybakov, А.N. Sukach. – Minsk: BelNIIDAD, 2016. – 60 p. This guidance is designed to increase the efficiency of management activity in various institutions and organizations. The guidance describes the main factors regulating the formation of records and record composition in a particular institution, describes a complex of steps to improve recordkeeping and to reduce the circulation of records, describes methods and techniques to achieve this purpose. |
