Minsk Regional Executive Committee presents online exhibition dedicated to the Day of Financial and Bank Workers in Belarus

The website of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Justice Administration presents a virtual exhibition dedicated to the Day of Financial and Bank Workers in Belarus.

The exhibition features legislative records governing the activity of financial and bank institutions in the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic (BSSR), orders for money exchange at the time of money reforms, samples of quittance, letter of credit, schedule of expenditures, notice of money availability at a bank account, rules for giving credits to artisans, a report by Gostrudsberkassa on gold purchase etc. The exposition features a propaganda poster from 1923 calling the peasants to buy premium bonds in gold lottery loan.

The exhibition has been prepared by staff members at the State Archives of Minsk Region.
