Informational Hour «About the Heroes of the Brest Fortress» for Students of the Polotsk State College of Economics

On National Remembrance Day for the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People, staff from the Zonal State Archives in Polotsk visited the Polotsk State College of Economics.

An informational hour «About the Heroes of the Brest Fortress» was organized for students, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the heroic defense of the Brest Fortress. A documentary film, «Hero Fortress», produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents, was shown. This touching and compelling film tells the story of the courage and resilience of the defenders of the Brest Fortress—true symbols of unbending will, self-sacrifice, and heroism.

It is a reminder of this true heroism and the memory that lives in the hearts of each of us.
