On a Practical Class at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus

On May 19, 2026, as part of activities aimed at fulfilling the instructions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on optimizing document flow in national government bodies, a practical class on «Practical Approaches to Optimizing Document Generation and Document Flow» was held at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus. The class was attended by heads of departments of the Ministry’s central office, as well as heads of documentation services of holding management companies and other organizations within the Ministry of Industry (via videoconference).

The class was opened by S.A.Krivitsky, Head of the Information Technology, Control, and Organizational Support Department of the Ministry of Industry, who emphasized the importance of the Government’s task of optimizing document flow and urged the heads of subordinate organizations to ensure its unconditional implementation.

BelNIIDAD Director A.E.Rybakov, using the Institute’s Methodological Recommendations for Optimizing Document Generation and Document Flow in Government Agencies and Other Organizations, explained the key approaches to organizing this work at the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The focus was on implementing paperless information exchange on current management issues, minimizing official correspondence between the Ministry and subordinate organizations, streamlining the collection of reporting and reference documentation, and leveraging modern information and communication technologies, information systems, and information resources to optimize document generation and document flow.

The implementation of measures aimed at fulfilling the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus’s instruction to optimize document generation and document flow will continue.
