On the Participation of Brest Region State Archives Staff in the Roundtable «Our Victory!»

On May 7, 2026, a roundtable event entitled «Our Victory!» was held at the Faculty of History of Brest State University named after A.S.Pushkin. The event was organized by the Department of Belarusian History and Specialized Historical Disciplines jointly with the State Archives of Brest Region.

Olga Sukharevich, an archivist with the First qualification category, spoke to those present about the archive’s documents from the Great Patriotic War.

During the event, archive staff showed students the documentary film «Hero Fortress», prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents, and organized an exhibition of archival documents, «There Was a War… There Was a Victory!».
