Lida City Archivists Participated in Victory Day Festivities

On May 9, 2026, employees of the Lida Zonal State Archives and their families participated in Victory Day festivities. These included a festive procession featuring parade units of the Lida Garrison, students from the «We Are the Heirs of Victory!» military-patriotic classes, participants in the «Belarus Remembers!» patriotic campaign, district administration, public organizations, representatives of organizations, institutions, and businesses, and city residents; a requiem rally «For Life on Earth» with a flower- and wreath-laying ceremony at the Mound of Immortality; and a nationwide moment of silence.
