The State Archives of the Minsk Region at the Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum

A round table, a presentation of the exhibition «KUPALOVSKY HOUSE — 100», and the unveiling of the new logo, «100 Years of the Kupala House», took place at the Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum on May 8, 2026. The event was prepared to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Yanka Kupala’s purchase of his home in Minsk.

The unique exhibition tells the story of the purchase of the house, the orchard, and the family’s life on the estate on the former Zakharyevskaya Street (now the intersection of Yanka Kupala and Bogdanovich Streets), as well as the significance of this house in the history of Belarusian culture.

Photographs, documents, memoirs, and poems by Yanka Kupala presented the poet and his wife, Vladislava, as the welcoming and hospitable hosts of the «House under the Poplar».
