Victory Day and Birthday Greetings to the Former Director of the Zonal Archives in Lida

The Zonal State Archives in Lida has a long-standing tradition of congratulating Mikhail Iosifovich Balabanovich, the former director of the archive and veteran of the USSR Armed Forces, on Victory Day and his birthday, which he celebrates on May 9.

This year was no exception. Ahead of Victory Day, archive staff visited Mikhail Iosifovich and congratulated him on his 94th birthday, wishing him many more years of service, optimism, a zest for life, and the support of his family and friends.
