Rechitsa Zonal State Archives Staff Meeting for World Day for Safety and Health at Work

On April 28, 2026, a staff meeting was held in the reading room of the Rechitsa Zonal State Archives to mark World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Natalia Viktorovna Pachytskaya, responsible for organizing occupational safety and health at the archives, presented a paper entitled «A Favorable Psychosocial Work Environment: The Path to Employee Prosperity and a Strong Organization», along with a presentation entitled «The Psychosocial Work Environment: Global Trends and Possible Measures». Archive staff also participated in an anonymous quick-response survey titled «The Atmosphere in Our Team» and a «Group Cohesion» test.
